A THANKFUL HEART

Autumn Walks where I live

Thanksgiving

For each new morning with its light,
For rest and shelter of the night,
For health and food,
For love and friends,
For everything Thy goodness sends.
                   --Ralph Waldo Emerson

Out the door for an early morning walk.

The colors are going to be glorious for Thanksgiving day.

Lovely and serene, the colors of autumn and Thanksgiving.

The ducks are always friendly and welcome all!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I wish you wondrous things
that can't be tied up
in ribbons and bows.
I wish you thoughts that take
you to magnificent places.
I wish you togetherness and
abundant happiness.
And, I wish you quiet times
all to yourself, when the grace
of all that is good in your life is
sweetly celebrated within.

  2. What awesome fall foliage. Makes it more like Thanksgiving. Not in Texas. Hot and dry. It was 83 today and no rain coming anytime soon. Loved and enjoyed all your great photos. May you and family be blessed on this special day.

Oh, did you notice that Mixpod is no longer offering their music? It's like the music died across blogland. :( I'm searching for a new music player. If you come across anything while visiting bloggy neighbors, please let me know and I'll do the same. Thx.
