The French Hutch
Quimper Collection
Today I'm revisiting a few vignettes from this past year. I think it's a great way to look back at my first year of blogging (has it been a year already)?
After a few spring like days with temperatures in the seventies I am already thinking about spring and wanting to redo some of my tabletops. Tell me please, do you enjoy looking back at old ideas to find fresh inspiration?

I love your vignettes. They made me realize that as much as I have long admired quimper pieces, I am sorry to say I have never actually bought any. I admire your collection very much.

What a wonderful Quimper collection you have! I always stop and look when I see it but have only bought one piece, a pen and ink stand, that I was strangely drawn to. Interestingly, I've never seen another piece like it.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed looking at all your vignettes. I missed them the first time around. Sorry..:(
ReplyDeleteSo thanks for showing your favorites again. They're all wonderful and your rose bush is stunning!

Oh I adore the red transferware!
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll stop by my blog. I am hosting a giveaway for a $50 Kirklands gift card.
Alison, I'm back for some inspiration! I've made a note of the tabletop urn filled with interesting textures on those pieces. I've got some large ceramic acorns that would look great in a piece like this. ;-)
ReplyDeleteYou know I love visiting your sunny Quimper. ~ Sarah
Emily, I love all these images. Your Quimper collection is gorgeous. And you have some Spode Pink Tower which I think has been discontinued much to my disappointment. Please tell me if I am mistaken. That last photo of the flowers makes me so excited for spring and gorgeous flowers! Loved that you showed all these old photos, and yes I often go back and look at my older posts for inspiration.
