AFTERGLOW CHRISTMAS 2011

After putting away all the decorations, I remind myself that the Christmas 2011 memories will always be with me. Hope you all had the merriest of Christmases and are enjoying your own afterglow. If you can take a little more, here are some pics of our Christmas Day.

  1. Emily, your home dressed for Christmas is full of splendor and beauty. Such fun for me to see all the Quimper mixed in among the decorations, your Quimper Christmas pieces, and those Quimper Christmas stockings. I rarely have regrets, but I do regret not buying the stockings last year. They will be no more now that our beloved Pierre Deux is gone. So I'm thrilled to see that you have a pair of these!
Thanks for sharing the memories of this Christmas at The French Hutch. ~ Sarah

  22. Hi Emily,

Your house is just gorgeous decked out for the holidays!!! It looks so warm and inviting; I love all the lanterns you hung in the trees. That's just the kind of thing I like. All your decorations are so pretty, I can't pick one that I like best. I love the handsome Santa Claus, all your pretty candles and candle holders, the nativity scene, and your lovely tree. But I do think my favorite might be the 12 Days of Christmas plates. They're just wonderful!

Thanks for sharing these pictures and Happy 2012 to you.

St Nick, Crèche in the living room and let's see, can't leave out those boots and pj's of a precious Connor! Looks like you had a wonderful Christmas season and day.
