I am bringing my kitty nephews to the birthday party for Baby Kitty. They belong to Iris and Craig, my sister and BIL. We are so happy Debbie invited us.
Poor Igby had a bad accident when he was a baby kitty, but rescued, now has a wonderful life. I'm sure he and pal Charlie will have fun at the party.

NOTE FROM MOMMY IRIS
Igby started out as an unlucky kitten. He fell off the back of a speeding truck and broke his tail in half. He was rescued by some neighborhood boys who thoughtfully duct-taped his tail back together and brought him to Craig and me. He was banged up in other places as well, but a sweeter kitten I've never seen. The vet said his tail had to go, but he was very brave and ended up as part of our family. Today he wears his angel wing necklace with pride. He is very sociable and is proud to be invited to the party!

What a great warm fuzzy story!!!! I love people who care! My sisfur has a tail broken in three places. My Mom found her hiding under the outside freezer at Wendy's Burgers. She was a pound and a half. And she too was a sweet kitten. Still sweet but I am working on corrupting her by teaching her adventurous kitty tricks ;) Thanks for sharing a happy story in honor of Baby Kitty's Purrday!
ReplyDeleteHave a grand weekend!
