We decided to spend Memorial Day back at the beach. Here are a few, sorry but quite a few, photographs made over the long holiday weekend. With camera in tow, thought you would enjoy a tour of some more of my favorite escapes.

Loved going to the beach with you! And love your header too. :) We didn't have near as much fun as you....mostly worked in the gardens doing some serious pruning and cutting down some trees but we did have a fabulous Memorial Day family dinner. :) Happy June
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos, Emily. I love the beach.
ReplyDeleteLiving on the plains of West Texas, we are hundreds of miles from any beach. We used to take the kids and grands to the beach in Corpus but it was just too far to continue going. Sure enjoyed it while it lasted, tho. :)
Rosemary Beach is so pretty! I love it there. Thanks for sharing your lovely photos with us!

ReplyDeleteHi Emily!
ReplyDeleteOh the memories you have just brought back to me! I went there for spring break the spring of my freshman year of college in 1981!
I will never forget the sand ---- snow white --- and as soft as it gets. (Is that were they collected sand for the ashtrays that used to be commonplace!?) I have often wondered that!!!
These images are so lovely and your sketches are amazing!
Looks like a wonderful vacation.
Hope you had time to relax and unwind a bit!
